I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share an update on the exciting progress taking place at the Sikeston Country Club.
We are pleased to announce that construction on the new cart sheds is set to begin within the next several weeks. This project represents an important first step in our larger master plan. Once the new sheds are complete, we'll be able to remove the existing sheds, which will clear and prepare the area where the new clubhouse will be built. The new sheds will be erected this fall and winter, with the surrounding parking area rocked in for use during those months. However, asphalt paving in that location will not be installed until early spring, as asphalt plants typically shut down during the winter.
Over the past year, a tremendous amount of work has been happening behind the scenes to bring all of these projects to life. We've spent countless hours working through design meetings, architectural plans, engineering studies, permitting, and budgeting - all of which are critical to ensuring that once construction begins, it proceeds smoothly and successfully. While these efforts are not always visible, they are laying the foundation for every improvement to come.
We are actively in the design phase for the new clubhouse and are extremely excited about how it's taking shape. Likewise, the plans for the new recreation complex-which will include the pool, pickleball and tennis court and a combined bar and grill area designed to serve all of those spaces-are progressing nicely. We anticipate construction on these amenities to begin during the fall and winter months.
As part of this update, we've also included a sneak peek at some renderings for this new recreation area. We hope you enjoy this early look and that it helps capture the vision and excitement of what's ahead for the Sikeston Country Club.

On the golf course, we plan to begin work on the area to the left of holes #7 and #8 by the end of November. This project will enhance both the playability and beauty of the course, and it's something we're particularly excited to see take shape.
We fully understand that members are eager to see more visible progress-and we share that same enthusiasm. However, proper planning takes time, and as many of you know, design, architecture, and engineering work often take longer than anticipated. Please know that every decision we've made has been with the long-term success and quality of our facilities in mind.
We are now entering the phase where all the planning begins to turn into action. The months ahead will bring visible and exciting transformation to the club, and we are confident that the patience and support you've shown will be rewarded.
Thank you for your continued trust and enthusiasm as we take these next steps together.
